Clean Air Shaft 1000
Clean AIREX air shafts with low dust generation.
It can be used in a Class 1000 cleanroom. It is compatible with all standard types of AIREX air shafts. To reduce dust generation caused by core contact, the head cap and lugs are made of resin components. In a Class 1000 cleanroom, the lugs have been expanded and contracted, confirming that the dust generation of particles with a diameter of 0.5 μm or more is below 100 particles/ft³.
